We were SO HAPPY when the Bower Birds called us to do this, because their way of life (though not without its challenges, including a living in a civil war era house with only one heated room and self-building a log cabin between tours) is a beautiful, inspiring and off the mainstream path. So we had a very great time hanging out and filming and being treated to pimento cheese tortilla things and coconut-kale stew.
